How is this different from a team headshot day?

It’s booked the same way, and every portrait gets more time. Each person has their own session in your space, with the spot worked out together, so the office is part of the picture. The studio answers who you are; your own office answers what you do, and where.

Do you come to us?

Yes. The lights and the direction of a studio day, set up in your building.

How many images does each person get, and how many settings?

One retouched image per person is the standard, and more are available. Settings depend on the building: the desk, the boardroom, the window, the stairwell, whatever the place gives us.

What should everyone wear?

Solid, neutral colours with minimal pattern. You’ll get written guidance to forward on before the day.

How long does it take?

Longer per person than a clean headshot, since each portrait is composed in the space. Think of it as a short session for each person, back to back through the day. Send me the headcount and the address, and a few photos of the space if you have them, and I’ll tell you what the day looks like.

Can we do this instead of a team headshot day?

Yes. It’s booked the same way: a day at your address with everyone scheduled in, and each person’s slot is a portrait session in the space. If only a few people want the office portrait, the leadership say, it can run alongside clean headshots for everyone else; past that, it depends on the numbers. See how a team day runs →
