Yes. Most happen at the end of a team headshot day, since everyone is already in the building, but if the group shot is all you need, get in touch and I’ll quote it on its own.

- Solid, neutral colours photograph best together. Brand colours and dress codes get planned in ahead of time.
- Composed for where it will live: the homepage banner, the annual report, the wall by the front desk.
- Built one portrait at a time when the whole team can’t be in one place, and kept current as people come and go.

What does a group photo cost?
Added to a team headshot day, a group photo is $125, the same image fee as a headshot, plus $50 for each additional person: $175 for two, $275 for four, $375 for six, and it tops out at $500 for nine or more. A composite costs more, since everyone is photographed on their own and the picture is built afterward. Booked on its own, without a team headshot day, part of the session fee is built into the price. Send me your headcount and where you’d like to shoot, and you’ll get an exact number back.

How many people can you fit in one group photo?
It depends on the space and how the group needs to be arranged. I’ve photographed everything from two partners to a company of 72 people, which took a crane to lift me high enough to fit everyone in. Tell me your headcount and where you’d like to shoot and I’ll tell you what will work.

Where do you shoot the group photo?
Wherever makes sense for your space and how the image will be used: a boardroom, an open area of the office, the shop floor, outside the building, or the studio.

What should everyone wear?
Solid, neutral colours photograph best as a group. If there’s a dress code or brand colours to work around, mention it ahead of time and it factors into where and how the shot is set up.

How long does it add to a team session?
A few extra minutes. Once the individual headshots are done and everyone is already there, the group comes together quickly.

What if we can’t get everyone together?
Then we build a composite: individual full-length portraits, shot with the same setup so it reads as one picture.

Can someone be added to the group photo later?
Yes, when the group is a composite. Everyone is photographed on their own with the same setup, so someone new can be added and someone moving on can be removed, without reshooting the team. If you expect the team to change, mention it before the day and we’ll plan it as a composite.
