Does anyone need to prepare or pose?
Nothing to prepare and nothing to perform. The point is the day as it actually happens, so the best thing anyone can do is carry on.

Very little. It’s shot quietly and out of the way, and it fits around a normal working day.

Can this be added to a team headshot day?
Yes, and that’s the usual way it’s booked. While the setup is already in your building, it costs very little to add.

What about screens and documents that need to stay private?
Flag anything that needs to stay out of frame before the day and it gets worked around. Since nothing is staged, that’s easy to do.
